Use

• In the morning and evening, apply Cellular Face & Eye no rinse Jelly to the face and eyes with a cotton ball or the fingertips. Begin with eyes, then the lips and finish with the face, proceeding upward and outward in gentle circular motion. Do not forget the neck. Remove any excess jelly with a cotton pad. To complete the makeup removal, finish the routine with Cellular Bio-Smoothing Tonic and/or Swiss Alps Cellular Mist. Ideal for those who prefer cleansing without water.

Can be leave on the skin for 10mins as a morning rehydrating masque
